Chris Jenks is the owner of SEEInspect LLC. Chris has a BS in Biology from Murray State University. He spent his early career as a science teacher before starting his first home inspection business in 2018 in St Louis, MO. As an ASHI Certified Inspector, Chris has not only completed hundreds of building inspections, but he has also passed the National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) with over 300 Google 5-star reviews.
SEEInspect was born out of the move to Atlanta. Chris has been married to his wonderful wife, Carrie, for over 25 years! They take great pride in their two outstanding sons. Along with their dog, Jojo, they relocated to the Atlanta area in the spring of 2024. In his free time, Chris enjoys snowboarding, exercise, watching football and home improvement projects
Chris believes that proper communication with his client is the key to a valuable home inspection. Just having the report is not always enough. The client needs to be comfortable asking questions about findings so that they are able to understand the condition of the property. This is why clients are always encouraged to attend inspections and ask questions during the review. The only bad question is the one left unasked.
